As she stepped of this latest of shuttles at Utopia Planetia, Kiyrra Iyvanna found herself hoping this would be the last transfer... for a while, at least. This was not the Triumphant, but some of the crew were people she had begun to get to know there. She had missed that crew; they had been so accepting, so free of the prejudices she had encountered on pretty much every ship before them.

And then she had been transferred away.

She had found herself once again, nose-deep in anti-Borg prejudice. Oh, people put it off as jokes, laughed and said she was too sensitive if she took it personally. But how else was she to take things like "Hey, Iyvanna, assimilate any good books lately?" or "I don't think the replicator makes Borg Kibble." or her personal favorite "Hey, Iyvanna, how many Borg Drones does it take to..." That one ended in many different ways, but they were all insulting.

Eventually, she'd had enough and taken it to the ship's commanding officer. His response was, of course, that she must have done something to antagonize them because they never behaved like that until now. That was when she requested reassignment again.

Starfleet was happy to give her what she wanted, mostly because, unbeknownst to her, the captain of that ship had also requested she be transferred; and she was sent here, to Utopia Planetia. They said the ship was new as was its captain. They had sent her the layout of the ship and the dossiers on her fellow crewmembers. She had memorized both on her way here.

Reaching the dock where the Ragnarok was, she gave the security officer her orders. He gave them a glance, gave her a once-over, and then grunted something with a jerk of his head. She took that to mean that she should proceed, so she took back her PADD and passed him without a word. Following the layout she had been provided by Starfleet Command, she decided to try and find the commanding officer to report in. Locating said officer with the help of the ship's computer, she made her way through the ship.
