Untimely Humor

Mission:
An Orion to Die For
Location: Deck 41
Timeline: MD 3 || 1330 Hours
ON:
When the relief crewmen came onto the bridge to allow the Boarding party to transport over to the Cardassian Cruiser. Lt. Kramer also had a relief Engineer take his place. There was a situation in the Engineering hull that needed his personal attention.
The situation involved a damaged EPS conduit. He knew the repair was being handled adequately, but Vince felt it needed his personal attention. Stepping onto the turbo-lift, "Deck 41, section 14 gamma."
As Kramer understood it, the current situation wasn't that bad. But Vince knew that the damaged section was very close to the Life Support System for that part of the ship. It had not been effected, and he wanted to keep it that way.
The turbolift doors opened for Kramer to see a turmoil of personnel moving in both directions. Vince took a right and headed down the passageway. But before he got very far, the Engineer had to stop. Before him were several crewmen trying to repair a damaged wall console. In addition to that a few meters further the passageway was impassable. The entire passageway was full of conduits that had fallen down from the ceiling. It was a mess and there was no way to get through. Vince knew he could get there, but would have to backtrack and go through the port side passageway instead.
After the Chief turned around he stopped in his tracks when he saw something drawn on the wall. Apparently when the wall computer console blew out, a large amount of small dark partial material was blasted onto the opposite wall.
Kramer just shook his head at the ridiculousness of the situation. Someone had taken their finger and drawn three circles, one on top of the other. The smaller circle being on top. A top-hat on top and two stick arms, sticking out the sides.
Vince just didn't understand this kind humor ...at all.
