| Personal History | Venus was born born on Benecia Colony, a frontier world where primitive was the set piece. She learned to tinker as her father repaired whatever they had, making these items last longer than intended. Ferengi merchants often tried to sell items her an exorbiant prices only to see such items brake down. Her father, a mechanic by trade, was always busy. Her sister however was good with a phaser so her natural fit was to be a town deputy. Both sisters did not intially intend to leave the Colony and so Venus was going to help her father. It all changed when Sara was hit by a disrupter set to kill. Her murderer had only been a drunk, but his illegal weapon - Ferengi made a profit selling them - had changed everything. Sara had only been a lawgiver for a few months but it forced Venus, as a way to eat with her grief, by running away. It was a difficult journey that finally led her to Starfleet, having come across Starfleet personnel on Nimbus III of all places. All her vices developed on this backwater of a world from drinking to seduction. It had been as far away as she intended, no phaser/disrupters allowed and all the junk in the world to repair. Then Starfleet showed up. |

| Service Record | Served her initial two tours aboard the Excelsior class USS Fearless, a relic of a previous century that required her expertised in jury rigging extrodinaire. This assignment ended when the starship was finally decommissioned. Her year assignment at Starbase 137 (she called her year of boredom and desolation) ended when she was reassigned to one of the more advanced starships in the fleet, USS Triumphant. |
