Personality & Traits
| General Overview | Larry is pretty irresponsible when it comes to his regular duties and makes no effort to hide it. He can deal with the paperwork associated with his own craft but every attempt to get him to expand his abilities and take on more responsibility has been met with failure or rejection. Despite this he's still rather popular within the squadron, and they all test better psychologically when he's around. Using his emphatic abilities he detects stress in his formation and tries to address it before it goes out of hand. Providing he's not left to his own devices for too long he can manage other people, but if left in charge he quickly focuses on his own responsibilities and forgets personnel management. |
